I’m here to help you feel your best, every step of the way. KLM Beauty Bar Policy 💡 CANCELLATION ✨ If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid fees.. My booking site will send you emails, scroll to the bottom and hit manage my appointment from there you will be able to cancel your appointment. If it’s after 12 hour mark it’s not going to let you and I will charge you a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellation done after 12 hours. NO CALL NO SHOW✨ I have a 15 minutes grace period, if you are more than 15 min late there’s a high possibility of your appointment being canceled. It’s not fair for the rest of my clients who are on time and will be charged 50% of the service booked. ALL FEES must be paid before booking a new appointment By having a card on file and reading and understanding the policy, you are giving KLM Beauty Bar PERMISSION to charge your card in the event of a late,cancellation,and/or a no-show.
